Our office condominium program allows smaller commercial users the opportunity to own rather than rent newly constructed, commercial-grade offices. Monthly costs are often less than the rental alternative.

About Us
Fisher Harriss Development and Octavian Development work together acquiring and developing commercial real estate throughout the greater Charlotte metropolitan market. We enable our customers to purchase new commercial-grade real estate for far less than self-developing or in many cases, renting. Each suite within the office condominium is self-contained, provides good signage and abundant power to handle today's medical requirements.
Property Management
Octavian Management Services, an affiliate of Octavian Development, manages all Fisher Harriss Development and Octavian Development projects and provides a limited amount of third-party management. Mrs. Pati Harriss is the Director of Property Management services.
